Parts bike, starter issue, does run with carbs cleaned, overall good condition

Parts bike. needs starter. does run with carbs cleaned (push-start). 16133 miles. overall good condition.  Shaft drive. Battery is good. purchased it last year and has been charged periodically. Real good tires! Practically new. Look at the pictures. they still have what I have heard them referred to as "nipples". Will need a brake lever. cheap. Dent on left side of tank. no problem.  One of the plastic amber blinker covers came off. can be re-attached and blinker does light. At motorcycle inspection. I was told it needed a blinker relay switch. $20 - $25). nbsp;everything else passed including the bent brake lever. I will be getting me a smaller bike probably next spring. so I'm not going to mess with this one.
