2012 reg YAMAHA YZF-R1 TRACKBIKE (2010 Model) - FULLY LOADED

 

I have pleasure in selling my colleagues 'Big Bang' Yamaha YZF-R1. He does not use eBay so I have been given the task of selling it for him to help him out! The motorcycle is a 2010 model (no traction control) first registered in March 2012. This was bought from P&H Motorcycles in Crawley approximately 18 months ago as a fully road registered road going motorcycle. Since then it has been used on several trackdays but never raced. The engine is totally standard having covered only 5000 miles from new.   It comes with all original documents including V5. Engine and frame numbers present and intact. If you wished this bike could be registered to go back on the road but in all honesty it is probably more suited to the track now.

This motorcycle is in superb condition both mechanically and aesthetically having been meticulously looked after regardless of cost. It has been looked after by Dobles Honda who are our neighbours in Surrey. You will see below that it is being sold with various brand new parts including an oil and filter change and new D212 tyres. This motorcycle has cost around 20k to build!

Never been dropped or crashed.

Overall a stunning. very fast R1 in excellent condition.  The only negative is there are some small marks to the fitted PVM rear wheel paintwork but the actual wheel itself is sound. it is only to the paintwork probably where tyre has been changed.  Does not come with any original parts as these have already been sold.
