Adult owned, garage kept, never raced, stunted, or dropped, well maintained

This is an absolutely gorgeous 2007 Yamaha R1 in perfect working condition with an exceptionally low 5. 00 miles on it.  I was promoted to management a few years ago and unfortunately work has taken a higher priority than riding and going to the gym.  There's no sense letting the bike sit in my garage depreciating any further so it's time to sell it. The bike is adult owned (37). is in great condition. and has been well maintained and cared for.  It was used as transportation to and from work and the gym both of which are less than 5 miles apart thus the low mileage.  I've changed the oil every year with full synthetic oil.  I've winterized it every year and it's never seen any snow or salt.  I've never taken it to the track. drag-raced. stunted. dropped. had any issues. etc. with it.  It runs. rides. and sounds amazing with the A&R race baffles.
