Yamaha R1 Racebike With V5 2005This auction is for the sale of my R1 race bike. This sale is reluctant. I am not going racing next year because of a change of job and the bike is too good for just an odd trackday outing. The bike is an absolute missile and is far better than I am a rider. It has had a recent engine rebuild by Mike Smith Tuning(Norfolk) which included new gears. selectors and selector forks. It hasn't been thrown down the road since ive owned it although a season in and out of vans has taken its toll and there are a few marks on the race fairings. I would've had it repainted over the winter had i kept it. This bike is a very nice. clean. well looked after bit of kit and I know the buyer will not be disappointed.
