Yamaha R1 4XV 1999, Stolen recovered, damaged, unrecorded, salvage, project

This was my Beloved R1 that some toe rags decided to steal from my drive and get started for themselves only to be dumped near by and the local police to collect. This was a well looked after bike and was running fine before it was took. I have shown photos of the current state that the bike is in with photos of the damage. The damage includes: broken ignition barrel. cracked upper fairing left. cracked lower fairing right. ripped seat and cracks in the rear section. The bike was well maintained with regular oil changes and general maintenance. Recently the bike has had new iridium spark plugs. I am unable to list whether the bike is running due to the ignition barrel being broke.  I owned this bike for 10 months and it never missed a beat. The engine itself has a polished head. ported and gas flowed. This come from a subaru performance company who rebuilt the engine to go into a kit car. The previous owner then acquired the engine to put into this bike. I was informed that the engine had done 2000 miles when I purchased the bike which I have added a further 2000 too. I believe the clocks stated 32000 miles but as the barrel is broken I can not verify this. The tyres have very good tread depth on them. There is a data tool alarm fitted to the bike. a 10 amp fuse is needed to be put under the seat to get this back up and running. The bike is also data tagged. To look at I believe they dropped the bike on the left hand side when they were pushing it off hence the cracks. Everything else is straight and in line. The bke does come with MOT. I will find out how much MOT is left and revise the item as soon as possible. V5 Present. This was my pride and joy. I do not have the time to piece the bike back together hence the sale. Please note that the bike is sold as seen and listed as a non runner due to the ignition barrel being snapped off. The two original keys come with the bike and still turn the barrel and the seat release. Viewings are welcome. The buyer needs to arrange collection.
