1975 Yamaha RD200 2-stroke street bike

I can deliver this bike to the winning bidder within a reasonable distance for a fee. Up for bid is a 1975 Yamaha RD 200 2-stroke street bike.  Please read entire listing so you know what you are bidding on.  This bike is complete but it DOES NOT have a title.  I acquired it from a repair garage and spent time trying to track the title down but no one knows where it is at.  I will provide a bill of sale to the winning bidder and assist in any possible way to get a title.  This bike sat for a number of years but does have Pa inspection from 2009.  When I bought this bike it was not running. so it sat for a few years in my garage.  Last week. I cleaned the carbs out because they were full of varnish.  I put some fresh gas in the tank and it fired up right away with the kick start. I had to re-engineer the fuel tap because it leaked.  Now it is on reserve at all times.  I did not purchase a full re-build kit. I just cleaned out the jets and put it all back together.  As a result. it seeps fuel sometimes from the float not closing on one of the carbs.  I drove it around my parking lot and realized the carbs must be synchronized and adjusted; however i don't know how to do that. All the lights. blinkers. dash lights. break lights. and horn work. Left front turn-signal lense has cracks in it but is on the bike. Hydraulic front brake works as well as the rear brake.  The electric start DOES NOT work.  On this particular model. the starter is also the generator.  Im not familiar on working on one of these. so I figure it would be better at a new home with someone that is familiar with this set up.  Please e-mail me with any questions.  Bike does not come with a 12v battery.  Sold as-is. $100 due on paypal as a deposit with 24 hours.  Remaining balance paid in cash.  Good Luck and happy Bidding!!
