1980 Yamaha XS1100 XS Eleven Motorcycle

This is located in Cedar Rapids. IowaI bought this motorcycle at an estate sale thinking I'd fix it up. but I'm frankly not going to get to it.  It has 72. 15 Miles and right now the carbs need work. it needs a battery (sold at walmart for less than 60 dollars). the brakes are locking up. and a muffler pipe needs welded.  All said it's not actually in that bad of shape if you're willing to put the time into it.  Please note I don't have a battery to start this for you. and the fuel tank has been drained for storing. but this does run. This is a good venture for those more motivated than me.  Even if you didn't plan on running it. the parts alone are worth well over $1. 00.  These issues are why I'm selling it at such a low starting bid.  I just don't have the time while I'm in college to be tearing this apart or fixing it. but maybe you do.  This was a beast of a motorcycle in its day. and it can be once again with a little work.  Thank you and happy bidding.
