1985 YAMAHA RD125 mk2

 yamaha rd125lc mk2. first registerd in 1985 on a c reg. motorcycle runs and rides but please read further. Heres the story of the bike. I got the bike last year from a friend down south who was selling alot of bikes and bits and bobs. the bike was in bits and was brought bk in boxes. over the space of the year ive rewired it. done some basic painting on it. its ready for a flat down and the colour of your choice as its basically primerd. the engine has been sorted and is running brilliant. it has new brakes. new bearings in both wheels. swinging arm bushes. new throttle cables etc  the bike is nearly all original and is prime for someone to just finish it off. all it needs is a few bolts that ive lost. a respray. the front brake either needs  replacing or fixing. ive got a mk1 brake as well thats fine. there is a few spare panels with the bike but they arnt original. all the electrics work spot on. there is two keys. one seat lock is broken. the seat will need recovering. the frame is in good condition as is the wheels. the front may need a respray but the bk one and the swinging arm is all good. the shock is good as are the fork seals. not weaping. ive tried to be as honest as i can with the description. im disabled and i wont ever ride it and ive recently had a baby son who id rather devote my time to. these bikes fetch silly money when done to a good standard and the base of this one is good. nbsp; i wouldnt sell a piece of dog poo as im a honest person and id love to see the bike on the road again. The engine and frame unfortunatly dont match but the bike is a full power model without the power valve system which is quite a rare find. i have two keys but i cant seem to find the logbook as weve moved. it may turn up but i am saying i might not find this and it will sell without it. the price is not negotiable when you come and collect as i will just tell you to get bk in the car and give your negative feedbk. the price it sells is final. cash on collection . you also cannot really ride it as the front brake is not on and i dont fancy my neighbours cars being crashed into and then having the hassle of insurance crap. it needs to be collected by a van or a helicopter if your loaded. i have a buy it now price and if u mail me a good offer i might accept but its not a 500 quidder as i can phone my local bike breakers up and they will give me that all day long. i also know that there is work to be done on this bike and some money needs to be put bk into it but i am realistic and my buy it now price has that in reflection so folks can make a bob or two themselves. anyhows happy bidding and someone will be very happy with this project for winter and then in spring ride it in the sunshine.

 The reg is C520 NAV for those who want to know and the ask it now price is around a bucket of sand give or take a hundred. so know u all know. the bike is located in Notts way just off Junc 27 M1. id put my number up but i dont want silly texts and offers for swaps etc unless yopu wana swap a RS6 audi for it. lol if u offer me a sensible offer i will send my number etc or i will just let it run to the end. i have the bike advertised on other sites and i have  the rights to end the auction early or end it if someone turns up with the right amount of cash.
