Excellent condition R125 for sale.
Mature owner: I?ˆ™ve used this bike for commuting to and from work for the passed nine months or so. and has never let me down. I?ˆ™m a bit of a clean freak. so tend to keep my bikes in very good working order. The condition of this bike defies its mileage - so many people have thought that its last year?ˆ™s model due to its condition. Bodywork is in very good condition. with only the odd stone chip here and there. There?ˆ™s also no sign of corrosion or rust despite being nearly 5 years old. thanks to regular cleaning / application of ACF50 (I usually strip the fairings off the bike once a month to give it a proper dose of TLC). I had the bike fully serviced at the beginning of summer - including new BT45s fitted. new pads fitted. new head races. a new Yamaha shock as well as all the usual essentials - including valve clearances. I tend to change the oil every 1500 miles or so. recently done about 500 miles ago.
Bike also has a double bubble screen. chain adjusters with integrated paddock stand bobbins. Pyramid hugger. R&G tail tidy and a Power Commander (the bike returns over 100mpg). I?ˆ™ve also fitted official Yamaha black fairing lowers. as I prefer the look - but if desired. can also supply the white items that I removed from the bike (this model of R125 is completely white as standard). Other than that the bike is stock - even the levers and bar ends are as Yamaha intended.
MOT until March 2015. Tax until July next year (although the laws have changed in regards to this). a bit of paper work since I took ownership. log book in my name and spare key.
Great little bike. which I?ˆ™m a little sorry to see go. as it?ˆ™s been very reliable. Selling as I?ˆ™ve recently bought a bigger bike.
