2000 Yamaha R1 Track Race Bike Marlboro 4xv 5jj

Hello there. for sale is my 2000 Yamaha R1 track bike. This is the 4xv model and is an absolute joy to ride. the only thing that has ever been past me in the inters group was an S1000rr on the straight at Snetterton. is a very fast bike in the right hands. The bike had a service 2 tracks days ago. or June 2014. Mileage is around 15. 00.  The bike has ASV shorty levers and has had the suspension set up for an 11. 5st rider. but can easily be adjusted to suit your riding/weight at a track day for around ??50. The bike has a few battle scars which is to be expected from a track bike; 2 small dents in the tank. and a dent in the tail fairing (see pictures) This does not affect the performance of the bike and is purely cosmetic. I have a spare tank if you wish to change. Along with the space tank. there is also a spare frame. tyres from a BSB bike. Wheels with Wets. various bodywork. Forks. exhaust. 2xPaddock stands. Rear Brake inc lines. Brand new oil. brand new air filter. brand new oil filter. original levers. a Haynes Manual.

The only thing this needs to be track ready with the current fairings is a screen. which can be picked up very cheaply here on ebay.

I'll be gutted to see this go. but I'm off travelling in January so need to raise funds.
