Yamaha XVS1100 Custom2001Hi. I'm selling my XVS 1100 as I need to get something a little more commuteable for work and for the winterI love this bike and I wouldn't get rid of it if it wasn't that i need something that I can ride to work and back during the winter months and not have to clean as much. Let me tell you about it. She is a lovely bike to ride. he is low . oud and powerful. The great V Twin engine is a pleasure to ride. she cruises along with plenty of torque. I have never had ANY bother with her and she has taken me quite a few places since I've had her. She really is a joy to ride. No leaks or knocks or funny engine noises. he handles well and sounds awsome with a lovely pair of Vance & Hines Exhausts. ( A nice little trick is to fire her up when somebody walks past) haha. She also has a Hyper Charger fitted. The pics I have attatched show how nicely she cleans up. however at the moment she needs a bit of a clean as I am riding her to work and back. Just given her new oil and plugs and she is MOT'd till July 2015. She currently has just under 15. 00 miles on the clock but may go up slightly due to being used for work. The rear luggage rack need replacing now as I tried to fit a new Highway Hawk one and it proved harder than I thought. so really needs replacing. I will include it as part of the sale. Along with the original pipes. She makes a great touring bike and is comfortable to ride for hours without aching. and cheaper than a Harley Davidson alternative. I have owned 4 Harley Sportsters in the past and really want to go back to a Harley one day. but because of financial circumstances. I had to go for this. which is the next best thing. she still has the laid back look and rumble. Like I said the reason for sale is for a cheaper commuting bike which would hopefully get me through the winter months. A Triumph Tiger or similar would be nice. but I would like to make some cash out of the deal too. so if you have a bike and cash my way. I will be happy to think about a 'reasonable' offer. But . PLEASE . o silly ideas as she is NOT going cheap. Although I think the starting price is reasonable as it stands with NO RESERVE Any Questions please ask through ebay 'ask seller a question' BEFORE bidding. I will not part with her till I have full amount cleared in my Bank or cash in my hand and would like ??200 deposit via paypal within 12 hours of end of auction to ensure I will keep the bike till the rest is settled. If you cannot complete the sale I keep the deposit. I will not allow test rides unless you have the cash to pay for the whole bike if dropped or crashed. Good Luck and Happy Bidding
