Yamaha Fazer FZ6s 2005 - Full Givi Racks/30k Miles/MOT July 2015. Blue/600cc

Here is my 2005 Yamaha Fazer FZ6s in dark blue. I have owned the bike for 2 years and bought it with the sole reason to tour Europe for a couple of weeks each year. and motorway journeys. I am selling it as I no longer require it. Overall. the bike is in average cosmetic condition. and good mechanical condition - with one issue which is that the clutch is a bit grabby/slippy. I have changed the friction plates (and of course the clutch cover gasket. and torqued everything up to the correct specs) but this didn't seem to make much difference. so maybe the steel plates needed doing too. Either way. it's rideable and easily fixed - I do not have a garage so can't do this myself now it's winter. In my time owning the FZ6. I have changed the oil and filter. front and rear brake fluid and rebuilt the front brakes with new pads and a thorough clean/grease of all parts in the front calipers. New pads installed in rear brake too. The bike has got the twin headlight mod installed for much better night riding and visibility. Included with the bike is the owners manual with booklet. some service history. MOT's. parts receipts. original sales invoice. spare key and red key for re-coding new keys and spare front brake/clutch levers. There are also a couple of spares for the Givi base plate and indicator mounts. A previous owner has fitted the Givi Monokey top box and pannier racks. with a Monokey base plate for the top box - these are very useful and expensive to buy. All you need to do is buy a Givi top box and/or pannier boxes and clip them on. I used a friends Givi V46 top box and strapped gear to the pannier brackets each time we went away to Europe and it was perfect. V5C in my name. and I'm the 3rd owner. MOT Expires 16th July 2015. Good points:#Chain and Sprockets have good life left#Rear tyre has life left in it#All brakes have good life and work well#Engine pulls well and is OK on fuel#Very comfy bike for long journeys/pillion use#Dual headlight mod already installed#Under seat storage for spare levers e. t. c. Bad Points:#Front tyre will need changing soon#Clutch issue - bike is still rideable though. #Previous owner had a slight off. on an icy road and there are scrapes here and there#General cosmetic condition is average (looks like a previous owner didn't wash the bike often enough during a salty winter)#It is possible that the rear tyre has a very slow puncture. I checked the bike over one day and the rear was flat. Pumped it up and a week later I didn't notice any pressure loss. The bike can be viewed at my Nan's house in Hampton Wick. and I am happy to show it ridden/being started from cold e. t. c. If you want to test ride it. I'll need the full asking cash amount in my hand. and you need to show me that you have adequate 3rd party insurance with the understanding that if anything happens to it. you've bought it!
