YZ 250 1987

YZ 250 1987. This bike has had a full restoration every nut and bolt is new and as you can see in the pictures it is one of best examples you will come across. it has taken me nearly 8 months whilst being injured to restore this bike. every part is in new condition nothing has been left. nbsp;untouched.

The bike is yet to be run in and is genuinely a new bike everything is completely brand new and un used. The engine has been fully rebuilt and the gear box looks like new still. it has a full Ohlin's shock that has been serviced by tillit suspension very rare shock and in great condition. the forks have been completely rebuilt and serviced again by tillit suspension. the frame has been powder coated. everything down to OEM grips. levers and rubbers are genuine Yamaha making this bike a perfect collectors bike. or one that is in perfect condition to be a great race bike. its has been finished off with a new set of Michelin tyres we haven't used any cheap parts or left anything untouched. its as good as can be done. leaving everything how it should be and in the correct working order.

New plastics/ graphic's New tank from America Full engine rebuild crank. conrod. piston. main bearings. clutch New Michelin tyres     Ohlin's shock fully rebuilt/ forks rebuilt all work carried out by tillit suspension New front brake hose. all seals replaced. including new pads Linkage bearings replaced Wheels are completely original using the rims and rebuilding the rest. dipping the original spokes and restoring the hubs and replacing the bearings   radiator's have been rebuilt and restored again using the Oem rads not after market junk. new chain and sprockets New. oem clutch lever and bracket. oem 1987 yz 250 grips. nbsp;oem front brake lever. and all the oem rubbers all genuine parts brought from fowlers in Bristol new seat cover every part that would have originally been diped in nickel. has been re dipped bringing it back to a new condition Carb has been rebuilt cleaned and put back to original condition 

This bike is not to be missed. its condition reflects the price. the bike is in far better condition than most "restored bikes" anyone with any knowledge in the field will realise how much time and energy and money it takes to finish a bike to this standard. also included in the sale is another yz250 1987 that is in bits and complete. giving you every spare part you will ever need. there is 3x clutch cover. a complete bottom end. 2x barrels a frame. forks/shock spare plastics and tanks. huge amount of nuts and bolts ect. so this makes the bike highly desirable. i will be putting photos up of the spare bike and a few more of the bike with the foot pegs on and the chain ect. this bike needs to be viewed and i will not deal with time wasters or fraudsters so please go else where. i am looking for a genuine buyer who will appreciate the value for money of this bike. the evo scene is huge in the uk and these bikes will only go up in value making them a sound investment especially given the condition of this one. i would take a px within reason looking for a van. or any used motocross bike would be considered for part exchange.
