YAMAHA FZ600 1987, crmc race bike , project

Yamaha fz600 1987 . nbsp;CRMC race bike .

This bike has been sitting in the corner of my garage for about a year now since last raced in 2013. In the mean time various parts have be robbed off of the bike for other fz's I owned but no longer have.

There are enough parts to make a full bike up plus a spare tank (leaking)and plastics.  

Would make a good winter project if you are looking to go racing next year in a growing competitive class within the CRMC.  

The wheels have been professionally shot blasted and powder coated orange and look fantastic and are still in there packaging (will need new bearings).   It also has a full phoenix fiberglass fairing with built in (catch tank) belly pan.   The bike did run well before dry stored  apart from a broken/butchered exhaust stud which will require an engine strip to repair.   There are loads of other bits with the bike that I've probably forgot to mention.   If your interested in the bike then I would be best to ring me on 07734807006 and/or come and view the bike.  

Bike will need race tyres . battery . carbs will require new jets as old once have been robbed . and a new exhaust system would be nice as the old one will need some saving but it is original. intake rubbers are perished in the usual way . the spare tank leaks in the normal places but the white tank was okay.

V5 present and also CRMC eligibility card.   THE WORK STAND UNDER THE BIKE IS 'NOT' INCLUDED.
