1975 Yamaha RD 350 Street Legal 2 Stroke twin cylinder cafe No Reserve

 1975 Yamaha RD350This bike is in good condition for its age. you can tell from the original paint that it has always been garage keep.  It has 14. 82 miles. I have owned the bike since August 2013. I bought it from a guy in Davenport Iowa. he hadn't  own the bike very long.  He purchased the bike from the original owner's widow who sold the bike after storing it in the garage for many years.  She said he took very good care of the motorcycle.  The engine has less than two hundred miles on all new oil seals. engine was completely torn down. and fresh top end rebuild using . 50 over Wiesco pistons. The tires are brand new. Avon Road Riders. The expansion champers are from HVC cycle. hvccycle. netKickstand relocation from HVC cycle. It has been converted to electronic ignition from Vintage Smoke. no more points and condensers. vintagesmoke. comIntakes with crossover tube from Yamaha Banshee. Drop in K&N air filter in stock airbox. All lights work. New decals on side coversRenthal handlebars with vintage white hand grips. Clutch works well. Autolube system still works wellSpeedometer and tachometer work. The petcock has been rebuilt. Brand new rear brakes. New brake stop switchPolished allen head bolt kit. Quick disconnect fuel line under tank. makes it so easy to remove tank. The seat was torn at the seam and was hand sewn back together (view picture). Both headlight brackets are slightly bent and left turn signal scuffed (view picture). The tank has two small dents. The first dent is on the left side where the scratch in the decal is.   The second dent is light enough that I had a hard time taking a picture of it and have it show up. (view picture)This bike will need tuned to run correctly. with the new chambers and air filter.   That was something I was going to do in the spring but I need to sell the bike to fund another project.  I have a lot of money invested into this bike and it just needs a few finishing touches and it will be back to out running bikes twice it's size. The engine and frame are matching numbers. It starts first kick almost always. runs great low end just needs to be tuned for the top rpm'sClean and Clear Title in my name. registration up to date.
