1980 Yamaha RD250LC

An original example of the iconic Yamaha RD250LC. early 4L1 model. with matching frame and engine numbers.

Unrestricted German import declared manufactured in 1980. now UK registered on an age related plate. taxed and MOT until September 2013 and showing 28. 00 KMS which is only 17. 00 miles.

Completely original and un-restored. not mint but in good condition. Exhausts not scratched. welded or gravel damaged. pegs are in good nick. remarkably the bike is not showing any signs of having been down the road but please remember it is 34 years old. It is all there. even the coil cover and rare rear mudguard and all in cracking shape. the forks show no rust whatsoever. wheels are original and unpainted. one key fits all locks. Ride or restore.

Rides and runs as it should with no nasty noises. changes gears with no clutch slip or drag and handles well. A real survivor and a genuine motorcycle. original patina just as it was back in the day.

The rear plastic tail piece has one crack by the rear grab rail hole. any easy fix. Pictured
