Yamaha yz 125 e 1978 twinshock vintage

Hi I bought this bike as a box of bits. This bike is originally from the USA. The frame was resprayed. All new bearings and seals in the engine along with rebore back to standard with new piston etc. It is the original fuel tank that i have sanded back to bright yellow from the faded white look. All new plastics. front and rear tyres brand new. chain and sprockets in good condition. I have never ridden this bike but have started it after rebuild and now it will not start very well. I've fitted a new coil and am getting a spark but won't run now.  I don't have time to look any deeper into it now as I'm moving abroad. its probably a wiring/timing issue as its getting fuel and has good compression. This hasn't been restored to show room condition as I wanted to use it.
