No title but I have the registered owners name and the vin the bike is registered under. The person I bought it from promised to retrieve title but is a flake so I'm passing this bike on. I've bought so many broken bikes in the past and fixed them I'm worn out. I'm selling a few bikes and looking for a clean running NC35 TZR 250 RS250 RGV250The engine on this bike is stuck. I have all the fairing parts. they are off because I had started to tear the bike down to fix the engine when I decided I'm not into doing this again. especially while I already have a few bikes in the same state.
