1979 YAMAHA DT125 180 ORIGINAL MILES NICE UNRESTORED SHAPE RUNS

 Here it is. that rare barn find. un-restored 1979 Yamaha DT125 enduro with only 180 miles on it.   It has original tires. although the back tire is dry rotted and split. so I put a tube in it.   Now they both hold air.   When we found it. it was missing the carburetor. and the battery.   We put on a new carburetor. and it fires right up.   It falls flat in the mid range up to high end. but I'm sure it needs re-jetting. and new points. condenser. etc. to be back to running like new.   It still lifts the front tire off the ground. but I have only ridden it about 8 miles or so. as it is still not even completely broken in.   This is a great candidate for an original restoration.   The headlight is blown. the brake light bulb is also blown. but the blinkers and horn works.   Contrary to what the stupid ebay listing says. this does not come with a title.   It doesn't have an option to choose "lost title" and it makes you choose something. so I chose clear title.   Again. this does not have a title.   There are a few dents and dings. and scratches on it.    But still a great candidate for a restore.
