1977 Yamaha xs650 Custom Street Tracker

Brooks' Custom Cycle 1977 Yamaha XS650 Street TrackerEngine:  Engine (low mileage 1983 x650) was disassembled down to the bare cases. thoroughly cleaned and examined for wear or breakage.   All bearings. pistons. crank and rod ends were found to be in excellent condition.   Top end professionally reconditioned with new valve seals. new OEM Yamaha piston rings. standard size. nbsp; new high strength cam chain. new starter drive gear and spring. all new Vesrah oil seals and gaskets. new drive sprocket. 38 mm Mikuni CV carbs rebuilt and rejetted. Chassis:  Frame stripped. primed. ollowed by base/clear. new tapered roller bearings installed in steering head. swing arm modified for less flex (Minton mod). new bronze bushings and grease seals installed. Electrical:  New simplified wiring harness. new Boyer-Bransden digital ignition system. new signals. new battery. new speedometer and tachometer. Brakes and Suspension:  Front forks rebuilt with Minton modifications. new seals. front caliper and master cylinder rebuilt. new rear master cylinder. rear caliper rebuilt. new wheel bearings. new Bridgestone/Dunlop dual sport tires. Body:  New custom street tracker seat base from Omar's Racing. New custom seat pad. painted 2004 Prowler Orange Metallic base/clear. Other:  New custom exhaust system. new drive chain. new cables. new UNI air filters. new #10 dirt track bars. new RFY size 420 shocks.   Only 600 miles since completion. suspension modified to Joe Minton race bike specifications. custom paint and lettering. custom seat base and saddle.
