Awesome YZ85 Big Wheel 112cc SuperMini.   I have over $7. 00 in this bike and it?ˆ™s just too much bike for my son and the type of riding he enjoys.   I need to cut my losses and get it in the hands of a competitive minded rider.

I bought the bike as a former 2009 Rock River Yamaha AMA national bike.   It has a 112CC Engine Kit. GYTR Clutch. BBR mod?ˆ™ed carburetor. V Force reeds. FMF exhaust. ASV levers. Oversized radiator and a few other things like a billet rear disc guard and carbon fiber fork guards.   On the suspension side. the bike has a very expensive set of Marzocchi oversized forks and adjustable triple clamps set plus a custom shock crafted by JGR?ˆ™s race shop in North Carolina.

I made the bike a project over the last 12 months and took it completely down to the frame. had it bead blasted and inspected for any cracks or stress fractures.   I then had it powder coated and built it up as you see it today.   The suspension is freshly serviced and the motor is all new top to bottom including the transmission rebuilt with fresh gears where any signs of wear appeared.   The GYTR clutch was also replaced and has no riding time on it beyond a little engine break in.

All of this is brand new:  Plastics. Graphics. Top End Kit. Bottom End Kit. GYTR clutch and cover. Brake Pads. Stainless Front Brake Hose. Wheels. RAD Hubs. Tires. Rotors. Renthal Sprockets. Gold Chain. Shift Lever. Brake Pedal. Stator Cover. Handle Bars. Grips. Kill Switch. Fuel Cap. Foot Pegs. Silicone Hose Kit. TM Designworks Chain Guide. Clutch and Throttle Cables. Bling is everywhere and there are Carbon Fiber Frame Guards. Fork Tube Wraps (they KYB decal is just for looks. it?ˆ™s a Marzocchi fork set).   Only run with VP race fuels. no ethanol stuff.

Everything on this bike is either rebuilt or brand new.   My intentions were to take my time. enjoy the project and turn it over to my son when he is ready.   This bike is an absolute handful for most kids including my own.   PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOUR CHILD IS A VERY HIGHLY SKILLED RIDER WITH A LOT OF SEAT TIME.   I would not put my son on this bike and do not want it to become a bad experience for a young rider who is not ready.  

Buyer will be responsible for shipping arrangements but I can do a lot to accommodate.   I work in a facility designed for heavy duty trucks so. I have plenty of room. fork lifts. etc and can easily accommodate any shipper.
