This bike has 233 original miles. It has sat in Grampa's garage since he parked it there in 1967. Original down to the tires and the license plate.  The tank and carbs have been cleaned. fuel petcock replaced and a new battery installed. Two stroke oil injected engine sounds. looks. runs. idles and revs excellent. Bike lights/brakes/engine/transmission/operates 100%. You will not find a more original YL 100 with 233 actual miles anywhere. No seat rips or tank dents. I will make this available for shipping but will not arrange on the buyers behalf.

Ebay makes you select a title status in order to upload the listig but does not have a catagory for "no title issued". Yamaha did not issue titles for 1966 bikes. Motorcycle does come with the vintage manual not shown in photos. If you have questions or need a better picture contact me through ebay. I will have this listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction early. Please read entire ad including payment instructions prior to bidding.

I do not have a title for this bike. We are looking. Grampa said never had one. couple ebay guys said it should have one with it. If we find it you get it. If not. it is being sold without one. I'm trying to address the initial listing that indiates it has a "clear" title but can't seem to get it edited. So. please. once again there is currently NO TITLE. Please bid according to your needs. Thanks to the fellow ebayer who pointed out that the bike should have a title in a helpful mature way. Too bad all people can't be so grown up. Hello all you vintage bike Bbayers. Please be sure to look at the photos very close as they describe the bike best. The zoom feature Ebay has is really pretty good. As the bids get closer to the reserve. I want everyone to be crystal that the bike is 48 years old and want to do my best to describe everything in detail so there's no surprises or dissappointments. The left rubber foot peg end has degraded (easily replaced if desired). both rear footpegs have slivers of rubber on bottom degraded and the original fuel lines needed to be replaced when the replacement petcock was installed. For peace of mind. nbsp;an inline filter off the petcock is installed to ensure clean gas gets to the carbs. The filter gave me peace of mind. it may really not be necessary. The pics show the new lines but not so much the filter (it's up close to the tank). The original battery. service manual and owners manual as well as petcock and extra carb stuff is going with the sale.

All in all. anyone looking at this knows its a one of a kind original survivor - and that just can't be replicated.  I doubt I will put it back into the market any time soon if my reserve isn't met. It matches my 66 mustang in year and color and together will make a nice presentation at shows. Either way. whether it sells or stays. it's all good. Thanks again for everyone's interest and helpful comments. Peace and God Bless.
