Description

This auction is for my 2011 Yamaha WR250R dual sport. I purchased this bike used. from 3 Bros Racing KTM in Costa Mesa. CA in Summer 2013 with 4500 miles on it. PRICE: $4000 FIRM. no trades. no haggling. no nothing!!! No hassle! If I dont sell it. I'm keeping it. $4000 FIRM. CA Title in my name and current registration. Stickers on plate show expired in OCT but I paid online. need to see if I got the new stickers in the mail but they are current. I'm selling it now with 9900 miles on it after doing the following upgrades for adventure dual sport touring:- Larger Fuel Tank: 4. 75 IMS translucent (so you can see how much fuel remains) tank- New Yausu Battery Oct 2014- Skid Plate- Removeable Windshield- iphone (4 or older. the wide connector) waterproof RAM handlebar mount with fused power. I use it for GPS as well as for taking movies while riding. Also has generic USB waterproof outlet. - Double Take Mirrors: replaced factor mirrors with RAM mount Double Takes. much better! - MondoMotos MM10 LED Auxiliary Light Kit with Handlebar Switch (upgraded switch)- Wolfman Rear Pannier Rack (no longer in production)- RotoPax mount to Wolfman adapter with 1 gallon red Fuel RotoPax can- RotoPax mount (second one on bike) on aftermarket large rear top deck rack. I used it for 1 gallon of water camping. - Two Yellow Wolfman Expedition Dry Saddle Bags. One has a buckle missing but its a redundant strap- One Wolfman Expedition Tank Bag- Front/Rear Sprocket and Chain @7000 miles- Serviced at North County Yamaha week before Thanksgiving for Oil. Filter. new clutch at ~9800 miles. - Recent tires (in last 500 to 1000 miles). DOT nobbies (Dunlop D606)- Complete Rebuilt of Front and Rear Suspension. Suspension 101 in Alpine (http://www. suspension101. com/) took the bike. weighed it with full fuel and set it up for me and my gear (I weigh 190). The front was rebuilt with new heavier springs. new oil and seals. The rear shock was shot basically when I bought it and are way undersprung. Once I put the new gear on it. it was bad. Shock was rebuilt. heavier spring. new oil and seals. Rides MUCH better!Location: The bike is at my house in Warner Springs. CA (30min east of Temecula) but I can deliver to carlsbad with a deposit during Mon-Fri work week. No engine mods. just maintenance.
