2006 YAMAHA R6 2CO. FULL SERVICE HISTORY & 1 YEAR MOT.

And bike to be collected within one week. Please only bid if you accept this. Thank you. For sale is a 2006 Yamaha R6 (2CO shape) finished off in the blue and white Yamaha livery. I would describe the bike as being in excellent condition. both cosmetically and mechanically. There are a few very minor marks on the fairings. which I will go into detail later. The R6 comes a few tasteful extras. which are: Remus exhaust (road legal. but has a lovely note to it). Tech Spec Gripster tanks pads. front and rear braided brake lines. R&G tail tidy with LED number plate light. R&G crash bungs. R&G fork protectors. Bike specifics are:- Only 2 owners from new- MOT until December 2015- 2 black keys and red master key- 12. 00 miles- META M357T alarm and immobiliser with 2 fobs- Full service history and full MOT historyService intervals are:600 miles at Yamaha Woking 1701 miles at Yamaha Woking on 17/10/072000 miles at Yamaha Woking on 20/02/109416 miles at Oldham Motorcycles on 04/01/1411785 miles at Eton Autos on 16/08/1412164 miles at Yamaha & Triumph main dealer Peterborouugh on 28/11/14So as you can see. bike has been well looked after. You can rest assured that you are buying a bike that has been inspected by Yamaha technicians at regular intervals. The bike rides absolutely flawlessly. just how a 600cc super sports bikes should - plenty of power in all the gears and throughout the entire rev range. No mechanical issues whatsoever - just passed a year's MOT with no advisories and had a new clutch kit in November at a Yamaha main dealer. along with a full inspection and was given the full thumbs up by the technicians there. Please bear in mind that the bike is 8 years old so I am only going to mention the things that are outside the accaeptable level of wear and tear for a bike of this age:- a number of fine scratches below the fuel cap. most probably caused by the zip on a jacket (see final photo)- small amount of paint flaking on rear hugger. I will try to source a replacement by the end of the auction. Both are very minor cosmetic issues and do not detract from the overall look of the bike whatsoever. but I wish to be as open and honest as possibile with any potential buyer.
