Yamaha YZR500 GP replica

 A replica of the legendary Yamaha YZR500 GP bike from 2000. Based on a "Mick Costin" chassi. handbuilt in aluminium as an exact replica but made to accept the Yamaha RD500lc V4 two stroke engine.   This one has a 1ge 1985 engine rebuilt with new bearings in cranks. new pistons. barrels new rebored. nbsp; new clutch. new seals and gaskets. TSI tuning mods done. Jim lomas stainless pipes with carbon silencers. New Mikuni TM28 flatslide carbs with KN filters from Bill Wilson. Radiator is a modified R6 unit. Swingarm from a Yamaha R6 2006 with Mick Costin suspension linkage looks very much like the real thing. Rims and forks are also from that same R6. Galfer wave brake discs front and rear with new pads. Tociko 4pot radial calipers and a PVM radial master brake cylinder. new ssteel brakelines front. TZ 250 carbon front fender. Replica YZR fairings. Honda VFR400 heaviely modified fuel tank all painted in Marlboro red. Pingel dual outlet fueltap.
