1986 Yamaha YSR80 YSR 593rd ever made Find Collector Japanese Import TITLE

     This is a really rare imported 1986 ysr 80. It was the 593rd one ever made of almost 500. 00. In Americia they were only imported from 1987 to 1992. The first ones were only made in 1986 in Japan. Also in America there were never an 80cc imported. This Is the real deal. Its speedo is in kilometers only (Japanese). and was never issued the American 17digit vin. This YSR has the standard Japanese 9 Digit VIN.  It was purchased by a man in 1986 in Japan and imported to the Chicago area. After almost 27 years it turned up in NJ.     This Bike is very original. Still has all the original engine parts and working oil injection. It still has the original tires. The tread is good but the sidewalls are showing their age.    In the Last 27 years the bike has accumulated just over 2170 kilometers. or about 1200miles. Of which I have rode it 300 of since I have purchased it.    It starts and runs great. as said. it still has oil injection that works great. The body work is all original and in good condition. There are a few scratches on the top of the tank. and rear section. but that is it.    All and all it is a really nice original bike.

This bike does not have a original mirror. It also has had the rear sprocket changed to a smaller one. It will go 65mph with me on it. Much faster then the 44 I can obtain on the stock 50cc ysr. The grips have been changed also. There may be something else minor. but that is all I can think of. For 27 years that is not to bad.

   This Ysr is Titled in America to me and ridden here in NJ. The title is held in Vermont that is transferable. As a real Japan import. it was simple under the state laws of Vermont to title and register the bike with a 9 Digit VIN.   It is possible to reregister there from any state or reregister in your own state.

This is a really nice original YSR80.  You will not see another one for sale in America
