YAMAHA TY350 EXTREMELY RARE AND *FULLY RESTORED* *ROAD LEGAL* not rd tzr rg ty

welcome to my auction of this stunning and very rare 1985 Yamaha ty350

The bike was brought from the united states with a genuine 450 miles on the clock by DK OFF ROAD where I then purchased it.

It has had a full nut and bolt restoration to a high standard with many new genuine Yamaha parts where available. I have spent thousands on this bike to get it to the condition it is. all proven with receipts.

To start on the engine first. It was completely stripped with all new bearings throughout (inc crank shaft main bearings) and oil seals to match the cases were powder coated and the barrel de coked and painted with hi temp engine enamel. and assembled with a full stainless steel bolt kit.  The carb was stripped. ultrasonic cleaned. and put back together with new main jet. choke plunger assembly. red samco vent tubes. air filter and lid. nbsp;and gaskets where necessary.

Both the front and rear wheels have had new bearing kits. grooved brake pads for extra cooling and water control. new continental matching tyres. heavy duty inner tubes and rim tape. the final drive is on talon gold sprockets and a gold regina chain.

The frame has been stripped and powder coated with new taper head bearings installed. The front forks have had the bottom stanchions powder coated. triple lipped fork seals and new oil. The rear swing arm has also been powder coated with new oil seals. swing arm protector and chain support. A new side stand has been made from scratch from steel as the old one was aluminium and flimsy.

Up on the controls it has a new set of renthal trial handle bars with renthal pad and renthal grips. a complete assembly of clutch and front brake levers and brackets with pivots. All the cables are new (inc throttle. clutch. front brake). Ignition system has a new ht coil. lead. cap. nbsp;plug and the electrics have been slightly altered to uk spec for MOT purposes. so has a new rear light and a horn fitted which runs off a 6v battery behind the headlight.

The front and rear mudguards have been replaced with a complete set of graphics which was imported from the US. It has a standard front exhaust which has been re painted and a new dep silencer fitted with new exhaust gaskets and rubber mounts.

The bike was MOTd on the 11/07/2014 for it to be registered and it has now been made fully legal as of 01/11/2014 with v5 present. The tax runs out 10/2015
