1975 Yamaha DT 400 7/74 Production with low vin and one owner pretty much from Nebraska originally found in barn up here. weird. Nice clean original bike with no issues runs good drives super and looking great. Original yellow paint with no dents in either tank some light scratches normal wear. Freshly rebuilt engine before I found it. Just needed carb cleaning. new seat cover. hand shined forks. and all silver paint is fresh PPG.  Original Dunlop Trials Universal spec tires still nice shape yet. Shifts good with good suspension. Newer chain and sprockets. Original turn signals were still on it. Handle bars are straight. grips are nice and gauges are still pretty nice yet. Lights work and so does horn. Spokes look great. Skid plate is pretty much dent free also. No leaks. Only damage I could find was on right rear directional couple scuffs.  

Now. sold on a BILL OF SALE no title in hand yet. previous owner is still looking for it but just moved 3hrs away and will travel back in 10 days to retrieve it. I picked this bike up right before Christmas. If it shows I will definitely forward it. I will also assist you in any way I can to get your own title.

I believe this is the nicest DT400's I have owned out of 10 bikes that I have sold here. So. I don't think a piece of paper is that important when you find the right item. and most states have a procedure for these vintage bikes for getting titles. I have original license plate.
