1972 YAMAHA DT 250 ENDURO

 I Have a 1972 YAMAHA DT  250 Enduro  forsale   This bike has been partially restored the motor runs fine the oil injection still works so if its not broke why fix it ???? anyway this is a matching frame and motor  setup i choose not to list the vin or the numbers to many scammers out there  but they do match as far a the rest i did not repaint the frame just a really good cleanup as far as the rest i did repaint the gas tank oil tank fork ears and headlight bucket the colors are not OEM i wanted to go a wee bit different with this the yellow is nason spectramaster yellow it is close to the original the fenders and taillight are done in a medium silver with a touch of flake in it i have seen some awesome restorations on ebay of these classic bikes i wanted to go a different route with this one im looking for some to who wants something a bit different the tires are the original dunlops i had to retube the front the pics dont show what little cracking there really is definetly road worthy lots of tread left i have replaced all the decals and badges new headlight new battery this bike runs and shifts fine lights and horn work starts on 1-3 kicks changed out the tranny oil as well i bought this bike about 3 months ago to fix and sell ive had so much fun with it if it doesnt sell i wont lose any sleep over it  i love riding it  this is not a museum resto its a bike you can actually ride and enjoy and yes it will turn heads the pics dont do this bike justice it is a used 40 plus year old bike there is some pitting on the forks and rims i would rate this bike on a 1-10 scale at a solid 8 i am proud how it turned out and if it sells so will the new buyer  this bike also has the original manual and tool kit the tool pouch is not the original it was dust so i used one of my old glasses cases it works  drive chain is good still very good links not all kink up sprocket look good   the last owner said the mileage was correct so take that for what its worth i also replaced the rear shocks new foot peg covers  rear foot rests and new hand grips  speedo and tach work  best of all it has a clear michigan title to go with it signed by the last owner waiting for a new home  it is currently in my basement for the winter  if it sells it can stay here for a resonable time so  the buyer can arrange shipping I will not ship this bike myself  all arrangements must be made by the buyer  this is a used item there are no refunds given or warrentys given or implied i will accept a immediate non refundable  paypal  deposit in the amount of 200. 00 dollars the balance can be paid in cash is best or a certfied money order from a ligit  bank i will not release the bike till the check clears  the bank if you are somewhat local  you may view the bike i do not have gas in it since its in my basement  stinks up the house im sure im going to forget things so feel free to ask questions through ebay also if you have less than 10 credits to your account all positive  you must email me first as to your intentions to bid  or i will cancel your bid without question  there have been scammers bidding and then not paying this is just a heads up deal so good luck and happy bidding
