Description
Up for sale is my 1940 Indian Military Sports Scout, odel 640b. This bike has been totally gone through, aking it a very enjoyable and dependable ride. Over 5,000 dollars in parts alone in the engine and transmission. Has been converted to 12v with a solid state Cycle Electric generator, nd an AGM battery in a hollowed out Indian battery case for original looks.
Engine has a 741 lower case, ut the rest is true Sport Scout 45 cu in, the lower cases on the two will interchange) so NOT a numbers matching bike.
Bike starts easy, uns down the road and won't need a thingbefore it is enjoyed.
