1978 Benelli Quattro

This original unmolested survivor is one(1) of four(4)bikes for sale from my collection, nd is currently part of a two(2) month exhibit ending on 9/5/16 at The Stony Brook Museum Educational and Cultural Center in Stony Brook, ew York. I purchased this bike9 years agoas Ihave a six(6) cylinder Benelli, nd wanted to also have a four(4).

Paint andeverything else is original on this bikeexcept for normal maintenance itemsand tires. The four(4) Dellorto carbs were completely rebuilt over the past winter and a new battery was installed. With it's 5-speed transmission, 0.2:1 compression ratio and SOHC9500rpm 4 cylinder engine, he Quattrowas ahead of it's time, s very responsive and has a truly unique exhaust note.

Factory OEM Marzzochi suspension, ommaselli electrical switches, ront Brembo disc brake, eglia instruments, ilentium/Busso Torino exhaust system, osch alternator and regulator, tc.

Included are the factory parts manual and original 56 page "rider's handbook"

This is a very rare machine.
