there is no title. nice straight frame with matching number block as well as a short block with nice rotating crank no play on the rods no excessive fore& aft play. resistor is broken on genset. magneto housing with coil. frame # 618970 bare block # 618979 . I will pack out the engine blocks in expandable foam for safe shipping . there will be $ 22.00 fee for that safeguard.I have no problem taking items toUPS for shipping as long a buyer makes arrangments & pays for same.
