1996 BMW K1100RS not running

1996 BMW K1100RSRed59. 58 milesThis bike had a slow speed crash that broke the lower fairing. cam cover and valve cover.  There was no damage to the forks or frame.  I had the fairing patched and painted and it looks ok; not perfect.  I replaced the cam chain. cam gears. cam chain tensioner. cam cover. and valve cover.  It has all new gaskets. fluids. filters. and a battery.  Engine turns over but there is no spark.  I suspect it is a faulty hall transmitter or coil.  The lower fairings are not attached as I have misplaced all of the hardware.  One of the locks is missing on a side case.  One of the side case latches is broken.  Neither affect the ability to safely attach and lock.  Corbin seat is well work.  I have a Virginia title and began the application for a California title.  This is incomplete as the DMV needs to confirm the VIN number.  Fees have been payed and it is listed as non-operational.
