2009 Custom Chopper! Sharp Looking Bike!

2009 Custom Chopper with according to title work 150 miles. The full vin on title is NCMS72581 EG07X9580. It appears to have a twin cam engine maybe. I really have no knowledge of custom choppers my brother buys cars and this bike was traded in at a dealership and then he bought in a group of cars. It is white with purple an blue accents.
