custom 3-wheel project

This custom Aprilia 500i trike was designed to do 100 MPH and get 100 MPG (not at the same time) while being unique and fun. It is a modern version of a Morgan three wheeler built with new technology. The frame is a Can-Am Spyder reworked to place the engine and suspension parts correctly for the new application. All the front suspension is new. New Shocks, ew brakes, ew rotors, ew bolts and bits. I have over $4,000 in parts and many hours of layout and fabrication. The plan was a streamlined made of aluminum. Bring your ideas and finish this project. You will end up with a trike to compete with the new Morgan or Slingshot at a fraction of the price. Time and injuries have taken their toll on me, nd it is clear I will never finish my dream trike. I bought a wrecked Aprilia 500i and put it back together to verify that it ran and everything worked. The radiator and brakes are in boxes. The significant Aprilia parts go with it--front forks, nstruments, eadlight, ront mag wheel and disk brakes. Manuals for the Scarabeo and Can-Am Spyder are included. This is a roller. I will box up all the parts put them with the rolling chassis so it can go by motor freight. Check Reliable.
