I bought this Harley new. It had 6 miles on it when I purchased it. It has been lowered by Harley so it wouldnt effect the warranty. Im 5ft 4 in. I also had the engine guard put on there before i left the dealer. Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost or pick up in Central City. KY.
