Description
You are bidding on a 1965 Harley-Davidson FLH Panhead motorcycle. This is the first year of the electric start big twin motorcycles. It is also the last year of the Panhead.
I wish to make it clear that this motorcycle is not in original condition nor has it been assembled as a restored motorcycle. The main components: engine transmission and frame are all genuine Harley-Davidson units. It has been titled in Idaho as a 1965 Harley-Davidson. The title is clear there are no liens. I acquired this bike as a basket case about two years ago. The majority of the parts that are on the bike came with the bike when I got it. The mileage shown on the speedometer is not the actual mileage of the motorcycle. The engine was completely rebuilt by a local aftermarket shop by a HD trained technician. The engine has 357 miles on it at the time of this listing. Features:- 74 cubic inch (1200 cc) engine
- Four speed transmission
- Heritage Softail front forks and wheel
- Heritage style hand controls on the handlebars
- S&S shorty carburetor
- Progressive Suspension rear shock absorbers
- Disc brakes front and rear
- Square style swingarm
- Mousetrap clutch
- Flawless paint sprayed by local custom paint shop. Color is Copperhead Pearl the same paint found on Jeeps and Ram trucks.
