1989 Harley-Davidson Softail Springer FXSTS

For sale is my 1989 FXSTS Harley Davison Springer Softail with 27K miles. I purchased her last year from the original owner. He bought it new in 1989 at HD Freedom Center in Billerica MA.  

I have other bikes and work full time so I just did not have time to ride this little beauty.

The engine is all original. factory carb. ignition and a stock cam. Just like it rolled off the show room in?ˆ™89.  The EVO engine was not built up and beat up. Oil cooler to keep the temperature down and add life to the EVO engine.

All tins are original too.  painted Harley Vivid Black. It has a Corbin seat and nice ?ˆ?Live to Ride. Ride to Live?ˆ? period engine covers and gas caps. New Santee exhaust. The original owner babied her. I have the original title for this bike printed out in 1989.

Just for the record. the bike is not mint but is in excellent condition for an '89.

Everything works. Starts. stops. idles. shift up and down and the lights/horn all work. Sounds good.  

The bike gets a lot of attention from the crowd.  Everybody loves the Springer.  

It will need a front rocker box gasket. That is the only thing to mention.
