This auction is for my 1975 Honda CB750K motorcycle with 21,316 0riginal miles. I purchased it in May of 2006 in St. Cloud, N and it had about 20,000 miles.
I am selling off some of my 70s Japanesesport bikes because I want to down size my collection. I will be selling a 1976Honda CB750 K6 on ebay at a later date.
I had the bike professionally painted the original planet blue in base clear and we used new decals from Reproduction decals. The pipes are NOS Honda HM341 purchased back when you could get them. The seat, ront fender, as tank trim moldings, rips, evers, nd theexhaust collars are all new NOS Honda.
The original tool kit, original key, he original owner's manual, ndreceipts for parts and labor are included.
The instruments, ights and even the turn signal buzzer all work as intended.
The battery is an AGM that is about 2 years old, he tires were replaced with Dunlop K70 Gold Seals along with the tubes and rim strips. The sprockets and chain were replaced with a 530 O- ring set up. Mike Nixon rebuilt the original carbs thissummer and the bike runs excellent. You can go on his site, he Motorcycle Project, nd see what work he performs on these carbs.
The master cylinder, aliper, nd the fork seals and dust boots were rebuilt or replaced with new NOS Honda parts. The gastank was professionally cooked and coated.
The bike has some small cylinder fin damage on the right side where there was some contact with something. None are broke, ust rubbed. The headlight has a small rub through area that I believe was done when it had a Windjammer fairing on it when I purchased it. There is a small crack in the right hand side cover. When I purchased the bike, t had a Windjammer fairing and a king and queen seat on it. The rest of the chrome and plating is in nice original 40 year old condition.
The bike is not for sale anywhere else and it will run through the duration of the auction. I have a reasonable reserve on the bike. I will assist the buyer with loading or holding the bike over after the auction if additional time is needed. I sold a 1974 Z1 Kawasaki on ebay about a month ago and Federal Transport picked up the bike right at my house.
I have a clear MN title in hand.
I request a non refundable $500 PayPal payment within 48 hours of the close of the auction and the balance will have to be cleared by my bank prior to the bike leaving my home.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and transportation charges.
If your are outside the lower 48 states or have a less than 10 feedback, ask that you contact me before bidding.
You are welcome to make arrangements to inspect the bike prior to the end of the auction or feel free to email or call me at 218-281-3992 with your questions. I am busy during the week and not able to monitor emails or returncalls until evening.
