Missing top endBent handle barsas far as i know its original. Plastics could easily be restored.
I have never took the motor apart and do not know the condition of it. I can tell you that it turns over and seems to be smooth
Bike turns over and seems solid.I can apply for lost title which will cost $75 at dmv which takes about 4 weeks to get in. It will be sold with bill of sale but if you want a title it will cost anadditional$75.
If you have any questions feel free to ask. I have owned the bike with it missing the top end and never had time to get around to it.
