1983 Vt 500 Ascot

I purchased this bike last year from the original owner in Minnesota. I have a 1984 VT 500 Ascot myself and was gonna use this for parts. The bike never ran for a year, got it runnin, redid the brakes. It runs good, ight need the carbs cleaned although it has its get up and go. Hate to part out a good running bike as we know these are rare, eat needs recovered, nd it needs blinkers, o not know why he took off. I purchased new back ones on ebay,just never put on.I see these is a little drip by the petcock., s I went out to see it this a.m. Probably charge the battery to get it running.
