1974 Honda CB550 Four

Very Original 1974 Honda CB550 Four. Sunrise Orange, ice straight, riginal, lean, xtremely well running bike. I had it converted to electronic ignition last year, ven though it ran fine, did it for piece of mind should my Honda mechanic retire. You won't find a more honest, traight, riginal 550 Four.
I purchased the bike in 2009 and I believe I'm the third owner. It had a little over 10,000 miles at that time. I started the bike this weekend and it started right up after sitting for the winter and rode beautifully on a several mile ride. Battery and front tire are both less than two seasons use and less than a few hundred miles.
The bezels around the speedometer and tachometer are aged and missing some of the rubber/plastic at spots due to deterioration. One of the exhaust pipes had a hole that was mended with JB Weld, ou can see the latter in the pictures.
Excellently maintained and passed PA state inspection every year without issue. You won't find a better original that needs nothing and can be enjoyed. It rides exactly as it should, actory correct.
