1963 Honda 150cc Benly Touring motorcycle

I have owned this motorcycle since late 1976  .    I have a clear Missouri title in my name   .  It has been stored in my dry garage  .  It was last ridden in about 1980   .    There were no mechanical issues when parked .    Everything is original including the black paint  .   The previous owner installed a luggage rack as seen in the photos . The engine will kick over  .  The mufflers are rusted  .    Missing are the battery and key  .   The tire pump is there   .   I never received a tool kit when I bought it   . The mileage is 2804   .   There is no warranty
