Not running. No keys. No title. nbsp;              Was told The vin # shows that a title  Can be gotten. I have no idea.                              I listed as a salvage title. But there is none so i listed vin #                                    I have here a 2003 CB250 NightHawk Motorcycle 234cc that Doesn't run. The Previous owner I got it from. he said he got it. And the shop closed. without keys or title. There is a place for no title. And it didn't give me another option. So i Don't know a lot about this Bike. Except i didn't wanna Scrap it for it was to nice for that. I Don't know Much about parting Motorcycles either so selling as is. it has no keys. Title. r (Bill of Sale) He said it was parked last summer 2013 since it wouldn't crank. and he had no knowledge of them either. He doesn't have title or  couldn't find keys. Used it on his property . sit outside for a small while. The things i know. since i picked it up are !!!! the gears seem to change ok. Rear Brakes work. Front Brake's need spraying or something. For the cable is seized. Tires he said didn't have very many miles on them. since replaced. There is a small dent on Right side of Gas Tank. maybe Egg size see pics. small amounts of red paint missing along bottom of gas tank. Any questions please ask. Here are some #'s that we're on the forks under CB250  KPJ-731 local Pickup and pay in 28147 N. C.  Remember no Keys. No title No Bill of Sale. But was told the vin here   JH2MC24033K000430  Shows a title can be gotten. Being sold as part's or repair AS IS Front brake is froze up. Rear Brake works. Seat not tore.  Mileage is ( 04162 7/10)  Don't know anything else. For pickup is in 28147 N.       Again no Bill of sale. and previous owner has no Info. But Someone on here told me vin # was pulled and showed they believe someone could get what they needed        I'm Listing this Bike as parts or fixable maybe. your call
