1974 Honda MT 250 Elsinore MT250 Enduro Rare Japanese Domestic Market

 This is a super clean vintage 1974 Honda MT-250 Elsinore in extremely original condition with 5469 KM It is a Japanese Domestic version. It is different from the US model in a several of ways. It has the Elsinore on the tank and Honda on the side panel (without the US market honda wing). The exhaust does not have a spark U. S. F. S. approved spark arrestor so it dosen't have the "pickle pipe". it has a over speed light on the instruments and all warning labels are in Japanese. It is in incredible shape for a 40 year old bike everything on this bike is original except to make it road ready and safe. The tires have been replaced. it had a slight piston noise when I purchased it. so a new piston was installed. The petcock and carburetor were rebuilt. all with OEM Honda seals and gaskets. Everything else was checked out and It runs perfect. I also installed a larger front sprocket to make it better for the street. It is titled and registered in California. I ride it around a couple times a month. take it to bike shows and it always draws a crowd. I will require a $500 deposit within 48 hrs and Local pickup only.
