2001 Honda CBR 929RR with 954 Engine

 

I purchased the bike in 2005 with 7500 miles.   It currently has 25. 00 miles.  The pictures are from last spring. so the odometer picture is incorrect (21. 01 miles).   It is in excellent condition with a ton of aftermarket parts.   The bike is ridden on the street so it does have some road grime in the cracks but cleans up nicely.   I transplanted a 2003 CBR954RR engine into the bike at 15. 00 miles.   The donor engine had 3. 00 miles on it at the time.   So the bike (frame. etc) has a few more miles than the engine. No worries about clear titles or anything.   The bike is clean and clear. never dropped since I have owned it. and there is no evidence that it was dropped before my ownership.   There are two tiny nicks in the tank decal and a couple in the rear decal below the seat.   Both areas are pictured and I bought new Honda Decals for these areas that I will include with sale.   Both are very minor and I put a Tankslapper on when I bought it. so the rest of the tank is mint.   Oil was changed at 2000 mi intervals with Mobil 1 4T synthetic.   Bike has been ridden mostly for commuting.   The list of accessories is long but here they are:

 When I installed the rear tire last year. I also replaced both of the rear wheel bearings.

It’s a very nice bike that I don’t ride as much as I used to.   If you want to test ride it. come with cash in hand and a motorcycle endorsement on your license as too many things can happen on a test ride.
