1993 Kawasaki Concours ZG1000 sport touring, PROJECT, does not run, CHEAP

1993 Kawasaki Concours 1000. 33188mi------Complete. in pretty nice shape. but does not run. I have heard it turn over. and guarantee it is not locked up. but the key is broke in half. I have the key to get one made. or switch ignitions. as I have a used one with key too. Was a trade in. and we are just too busy to deal with it. so here it is. No body damage to speak of. a few light scuffs or scratches like any used bike. but in decent condition. paint is shiny. tires look good. I would assume it needs carbs cleaned and a battery to be a runner. was told it had sat for a year. but no idea as we never tried it before the key broke. Clear title-----Take a look-----Thanks
