1979 Kawaski KZ1000 Shaft Drive Cafe/Flat Track Racer

This is a 1979 classic Kawasaki KZ1000 Shaft Drive bike that has undergone extensive refurbishment to make it a great cruising bike. Sam's Cycle Supply performed all the mechanical work on thebike here in Las Vegas, evada. The carburetors were completely gone through and rebuilt and then synchronized on their dynamometer.The engine and transmission was resealed so there are no leaks anywhere. The carburetors are from a chain drive model which are slightly larger than the stock shaft drive versions. The bake has a custom flat seat in black simulated alligator hide with red piping. The wheels are stock from the bike with new tires mounted on them with extensive polish and paint work done to them. The red paint work on the wheels matches the red piping on the seat. The front shocks were completely rebuilt and polished to mirror chrome as were the front calipers and master cylinder. The ignition wires, lug ends and plugs were all replaced with new. The turn signals are retro era and work well. The speedometer and tachometer work perfectly.Thebuyer is responsible for transportation of the bike from Las Vegas, evada.
