1980 Kawasaki RARE KZ550-A1

For sale- 1980 Kawasaki KZ550-A1. Excellent condition although not currently running. Features include Tarazzi custom made rear sets, ance and Hines 4 into 1 exhaust, ivi Viper short fairing and K&N filter. Also included extra plastic tail section and side covers. Currently sporting a GPZ front fender but have original chrome front fender, ear fender, pare turn stock turn signals as well.
Things needed: carbs need to be cleaned and possibly rejetted.(still avalable) New starter button(missing) clutch cable and a new battery.
Comes with a clean Minnesota title.
When running right, his bike is extremely fast for its size and handles corners instinctively. KZ550-A models were used extensively for racing back in the 1980's so not many have survived. I have owned this bike for nearly 20 years and only seem one other like it but it was a 1982- A2. This bike was a transition model between the 1970's older style motorcycle and the bullet bikes of today and is more rare than Kawasaki's H1-H3 two stroke 3 cylinder models.
