2007 Kawasaki ER-6f

 

Welcome to the reluctant sale of my Kawasaki ER6F. I have owned it since July 2012. where I used to use it a lot for commuting. however this year I have not had the time to get out on it. and for this reason i've decided to hang my leathers up until I have more free time to enjoy motorcycling.

 

Prior to the bikes sale. I had the MOT done on 1/09/2014 to ensure that it is safe for its new owner and to save any unexpected surprises in the next 11 months.

 

The Bike Itself:

Registered in 2007. the bike has done 26. 16 miles (at time of writing). It?ˆ™s in average condition for its age. it has been out in the wet and unfortunately there is some surface rust to the swing arm.

To pass the MOT I had a refurbished rear caliper fitted and new rear brake pads.

The MOT also advised that the rear tyre will require replacing before long. a copy of the MOT certificate can be sent on request.

I will include in the sale complete set of EBS Organic brake pads for the front and rear of the bike that have been in my shed for the last year.

 

Extra's

Since owning the bike I have had fitted:

Dr Bike Heated Grips - Very effective. are fitted through relay so wont drain the battery if the bikes not on!

Crash Bungs - Crash bungs fitted to the front fairing. just in case the worst should happen.

Scottoiler - Save yourself oiling the chain every 2 minutes. keep it topped up with oil and adjust according to the weather conditions and it saves a lot of hassle!

The chain itself was fitted with a sprocket kit last year. its a D. I. D. Gold Performance X ring chain and is in good condition.

 

Viewing / Test Rides

 

Viewings are recommended. and I am happy for people to take it for a test ride.

 

Delivery

 

I am happy to deliver the bike anyway within 250 miles of Bury St Edmunds. however this would be at a cost of £1. 50 per mile. and would have to be paid in advance.
